The warranty period for bicycle is as follows. If the customer finds non-human damage within the warranty period, we will send the replacement parts free of charge.  After warranty period, the customer has to pay replacement parts and shipping fees. The bike which we sell are factory new regular products, all parts are the same as the original parts.

If there are quality problems in the sign in of no warranty parts, please give feedback within 2 days from the day of customer’s sign in, and we will arrange free replacement; Otherwise, the buyer shall purchase at his own expense.
DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR WARRANTY: 1. The damage to the vehicle caused by the customer’s own modification or the use of non-original accessories is not guaranteed. 2. Damage caused by violence or sabotage is not guaranteed. 3. Damages caused by traffic accidents, natural disasters, and wars are not guaranteed. 4. Damage caused by water ingress or soaking is not guaranteed. 5. If the parts are damaged due to unstable voltage, it will not be guaranteed. 6. Parts and accessories that have passed the warranty (warranty) period are not guaranteed. 7. Failures caused by weight overload are not guaranteed. 8. The failure of the user to use, maintain and maintain in accordance with the manual is not guaranteed. 9. Failure to use in accordance with local laws and regulations will cause failures to be out of warranty.
