The user holds the seller and its agents harmless from any liability. The purchaser is responsible for obtaining their own insurance. The seller assumes no suitability for these products concerning size, age, and other factors, which depend largely on personal discretion. Bike riding activities entail the risk of serious bodily injury, including disability, paralysis, dismemberment, and death. These inherent risks may result from the purchaser’s actions, the actions of others, participation or non-participation in the activity, the activity’s conditions, or the negligence of others. Additional risks, including social and economic loss, known or unknown to the purchaser and not readily foreseeable, are fully accepted and assumed by the purchaser concerning all risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred due to their participation in bike riding activity.
Release
The User releases Infinity Electric Bike, its officers, agents, sponsors, and employees from claims, demands, and damages—both actual and consequential—of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or connected with items purchased or transactions made on or through this website.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Infinity Electric Bike or its suppliers be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with our site or items purchased on or through our site or this agreement (however arising, including negligence). Our liability and that of our suppliers in any circumstance are limited to the User’s cost of qualifying products purchased at the time of entering into the agreement.
